Dolls should only be spot cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent – never put the doll in the washing machine. 

Removable clothing can be laundered in the washing machine, with a mild detergent, cold water on a gentle cycle. Lay flat to drip or air dry. If wrinkled, touch up with an iron on a low setting. 

Life happens! Your doll can be sent back for repairs; the shipper is responsible for all shipping costs. Minor repairs are minimal cost. For major “surgeries” costs will be quoted before repairs occur. 

All orders in the United States are shipped through the USPS – First Class mail unless you purchase an upgrade. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package has shipped.

Standard processing time for a custom doll is 7-14 days after you have placed your order.  If you need your order faster, please send me a message to see if it is possible. Shipping upgrades available for an additional fee.

 Gift messaging and special wrapping is available for an additional fee.

 Due to the personalization of the product we do not accept returns or exchanges. After the order has been placed we do not accept cancellations. 

We are human! Please contact us if within seven days of delivery if there is a defect.  We are happy to correct our mistakes. 

Items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery. 

Please Note: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition. The buyer is also be held responsible for any loss in value.
